Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing and 6–14 business days for standard shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Note: All shipping timeframes provided are estimates only. Lunora Co. does not guarantee delivery dates, but we always do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe.
Important Shipping Details

Your order may be delivered by your local postal service or a courier. Many packages are delivered alongside regular mail. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how to collect your package.

Lunora Co. will not re-hip packages returned due to:

Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier directly to investigate the issue.
Lunora Co. is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered.
Customs & Regulations
Your local customs office may require additional documentation or processing time, which may delay delivery beyond our estimated timeframes.
It is your responsibility to review and comply with your local import regulations before placing an order. Lunora Co. is not liable for items that are refused, held, or seized by customs authorities.
If your package is seized by customs, you may contact us at lunoraco2@gmail.com to discuss arranging a replacement at an additional charge.
