Refund policy
Lunora Co. offers a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at lunoraco2@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on where and how to send your package. Items returned without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, your order begins processing for shipment and can no longer be cancelled.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order right away and contact us if:

the item is damaged

you received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest method is to complete a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may purchase the item you want as a separate order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

If an item is returned in any condition other than the original, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply.
